By using Cool and Care Service services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Service Agreement
By booking a service with FixHome Pro, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our certified technicians will arrive at your scheduled time and perform the agreed repair service.
Pricing & Payment
Prices shown are starting prices. The final price is confirmed after our technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You must approve the final quote before work begins. Payment is due after service completion. We accept cash, UPI, and debit/credit cards.
90-Day Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage, physical damage, or issues caused by misuse.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a ₹99 inconvenience fee.
Liability
FixHome Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the service performed, or damage caused by third parties.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
